Taqueria Puebla is more than a taqueria. It is tradition, it is family, it is friends. It is a kitchen focused on making people happy by offering hospitality. It is a source of inspiration, it is soul. We want to share it with you through each dish. ​La Compañia is a town near Puebla City, Mexico, where three sisters — Blanca, Rosa, and Soco — were raised. It’s where their father instilled in them a love for cooking and sharing food, a fondness that he learned from his father-in-law.

Keeping the tradition alive of learning from family, Executive Chef Adrian Ramirez (owner of Red Cork Bistro & Catering next door) is Soco’s husband of more than 15 years and Blanca & Rosa’s, brother-in-law.
