About Our Wedding Catering Services

We are a full-service catering company and accommodate groups up to 400 guests with our beautifully presented buffet-style menu. We can do as much (or as little) as you’d like for your event, including our standard catering capabilities:

Selected menu
Set up and clean up of the buffet area
Management of the food we that we have provided
On-Site cooking on our Taco Cart and/or Churro Cart (if requested) — learn more about on-site cooking
Service staff members (minimum one staff member per 40 guests. Additional staff members may be needed depending on specific duties of the staff)
1–2 bartenders, depending on headcount and bar menu (upon request)
All catering materials
Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils (upon request)
Bussing of disposable plates, napkins, and utensils from guest tables; we offer bussing of rented plates, utensils & napkins from guest areas as an upgraded service that requires an extra server (or more, depending on group size)
Important Note: We do not offer rentals of any kind.

Authentic Mexican Catering

From Carne Asada and Chicken Enchiladas to Cheese Quesadillas and Chile Rellenos, we have everything to bring the rich, complex flavors of Mexico to your wedding. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience—a fiesta of flavor and tradition.

Pricing Information

We believe in full transparency when it comes to the cost of catering your event, and we want you to know all of the charges that will be added to your bill:

20% service fee (not gratuity; service fee covers catering materials, travel within 5 miles, insurance, licensing, and maintenance)
10.6% tax
Staffing at $30 per hour per staff member
Licensed bartenders at $35 per hour per bartender
20% auto gratuity

In addition, we have provided example Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) so that you are able to get a full picture of the total cost for wedding catering. Please note that these are just examples. Your final cost will be determined by food and beverage choices and service needs.
